Common questions

• How do I create an account? Download K9, tap sign up, and add your dog's profile. K9 is for people 18 and older.
• How do I report a post, user, or business? Use the report option on any post or profile in the app, or email support@joink9.app with a link or screenshot.
• How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Account in the app, or email support@joink9.app and we'll remove your account and data.
• I run a dog business — how do I join? You can add a business profile right inside the app, or reach out at hello@joink9.app to partner with us.

Report a safety concern

If you see content that puts a person or animal at risk, please email support@joink9.app right away with as much detail as you can. We take safety seriously and review reports promptly.
